Announcement! Vivid Expressions LLC Returns to Norfolk Waterside for Fourth Year of “Miracle” Holiday Magic.

The holidays in Hampton Roads are about to get a whole lot brighter — and a little more Miraculous!

Vivid Expressions LLC is thrilled to announce our return to the Norfolk Waterside District for the fourth consecutive year to design and install the beloved “Miracle” Pop-Up Holiday Bar experience at Rocky Mountain Grill. Each year, we’ve had the joy of transforming this modern, industrial-rustic venue into a dazzling, whimsical world of holiday cheer — and this year’s installation promises even more magic, nostalgia, and over-the-top festive fun.

Set to debut just in time for the annual Grand Illumination Parade in Downtown Norfolk, the 2025 Miracle installation will once again immerse guests in an unforgettable experience that blends art, décor, and holiday spirit. From twinkling lights and vintage ornaments to larger-than-life props, themed vignettes, and interactive photo ops, every detail is designed to spark joy and wonder.

As part of our ongoing creative collaboration with Norfolk Waterside and the global Miracle brand, our design team at Vivid Expressions LLC reimagines the space each season — blending new custom-made artistic elements with returning favorites from past installations. This year, we’re adding exciting interactive props and a few inclusive touches that nod to other holiday traditions, making Miracle 2025 more welcoming and inspiring than ever.
